Application Field

Applied to shipbuilding and marine industries

Kjeng’s Induction bending makes it possible to produce piping not only at lower costs, but also more quickly and of better quality than that of traditional welding, by saving time on administration, purchasing, cutting, fitting, welding and inspection including NDE. In recent years Kwangjin’s Induction bends with short radius of 2D or 2.5D have been adopted for shipbuilding & marine piping systems instead of conventional welding elbows, enjoying good reputations by reducing weld joints and overall weight of ship, improving the flow through the pipe and saving piping work time.

Cloning, Biological, Gas and Power Plants

In oder to reduce the weld joints, Kjeng’s induction bends have been adopted for the main steam pipes and other pressure pipings with heavy wall for nuclear and thermal power generation, the stainless, aluminium or titainum pipes petrochemical plants, and the API5L pipes for gas pipelines.
